The Short Story
What happens when happily ever after... ends?

I wasn't a cool kid. My parents were poor. We moved around a lot. It was exactly the life you could expect a couple of ambitious bikers to provide.

I dropped out of high school and moved out when I was 18 with my high school sweetheart in hopes of pursuing the dream.

I started a label with my brother and The more money we needed to push the dream forward, the more creative we had to get with funding our future.

The path we ended up taking was... less than ideal. Eventually we cleaned up the crew and I left my high school sweet heart for another girl I thought was my soulmate.

We got married, had a kid, we really gave it a go. Buuuuut, it ended in a vicious divorce and it forced me to really take stock of the people in my circle and eventually everyone was gone except for my family. No more dream, no more nuclear family, no more team.

Just me. And the music.

I want to be to someone, what music was to me. What music has ALWAYS been for me.

A safe place to hide while the world around you falls apart.

Thank you for listening.

You've given me a voice.

The Long Bio
What happens when happily ever after... ends?

When I was a kid I knew music was in my soul. I didn't really fit in and we moved around a lot. I never really knew the feeling of having a friend. My parents were entrepreneurs so they were busy. We were poor almost all my child hood. They did the best they could but me and the kids pretty much raised ourselves. It was exactly the life you could expect a couple of ambitious bikers to provide.
We ended up in a rural town in the middle of know where for all the reasons you're thinking. It was a town full of entitled rich kids with a shitty education so you can imagine the tortures a kid who didn't fit in faced. School wasn't my thing but I found a distraction when my dad bought me my first guitar for christmas one year. And so it began.

School was never my thing and my dad noticed it early on. At one point he gave me an ultimatum. Either I get my shit together or I move on. You can guess what my answer was. I got together with a few people that shared common interests and we decided to build our studio. I moved out when I was just 18 with my high school sweetheart in hopes of pursuing the dream.

I was in a rock band and my brother was watching Hustle & Flow. And much like that plot line it all started with a keyboard my brother bought. The more we needed to complete the studio the more creative we had to get with funding our future.

The path we ended up taking was... less than ideal. Eventually me and my brother and a select few artists ducked out from the life and started a small label. Artists came and went reinforcing my already skewed perception on friendship. I left my high school sweet heart for another girl I thought was my soulmate.

We got married, had a kid, we really gave it a go. The "white picket fence" life that is. It ended in a vicious divorce, a custody battle over our kid, and a legal spat over what VERY LITTLE money we had. The chaos bled into my friendships and forced me to really take stock of the people in my circle and eventually everyone was gone except for my family. No more dream, no more nuclear family, no more team.

Just me. And the music.

I want to be to someone, what music was to me. What music has ALWAYS been for me.

"#LoveStory was an epic tale. I can't believe the truth in it all. Every song told a story that I could completely relate to and that's what I believe will make this project timeless."
